Nike have continued with their ongoing paisley themed releases, with the Nike SB Dunk Low "Paisley" shoe joining the likes of the Travis Scott Dunks, the Supreme x North Face collabs, Nike Dunk Low "Black Paisley" and Nike Dunk Low "Blue Paisley" shoes. Not to mention SB's hugely popular Nike SB "Paisley" Janoski shoe, released back in 2014. The iconic teardrop-shaped design is a pattern with a long and illustrious history, having influenced multiple generations and cultures across the world since the 19 th century.

Inspiration for the design of this Dunk Low comes from vintage t-shirts, with it's wear-away material on the overlays mimicing the unique and individual look of worn vintage tees. These wear-away panels have been seen previously on epic Dunks, like the Nike SB Dunk High Hawaii and Nike SB x Carpet Company releases. The tear-away canvas uppers are covered from toebox to heel in this beautiful multi-coloured paisley pattern, with its Cacao base colour balancing out the vibrant design nicely and giving the Summit White Swoosh, laces and midsole an extra pop. Once torn or worn away the overlays reveal a biege suede underlays, which are complemented by the brown leather piping around the overlays and tumbled leather tongue label.
