Nike SB established its skate shoe programme back in 2002 under the guidance of the late, great Sandy Bodecker, and 20 years later is now one of the largest-selling and most innovative brands in skateboard footwear and apparel around today. From the start, SB looked to classic heritage court silhouettes such as the Nike Dunk, Zoom Blazer and Bruin have been specially adapted for the destructive and high-impact nature of skateboarding. These early colourways in the Dunk Low and Dunk High especially sparked a huge popularity that set the blueprint for Nike Skateboarding, which has gone from strength to strength over the past two decades. Since its conception, Nike SB has recruited the biggest names to represent the Swoosh, legends such as Paul Rodriguez, Eric Koston, Stefan Janoski, Lance Mountain, Elissa Steamer, Brian Anderson, Grant Taylor, Mason Silva, Leo Baker, Oski, Blake Carpenter, Casper Brooker and Korhan Gayle to name a few.
