Nike SB has joined in the celebrations of this year's Nike Air Max Day, with the release of the Nike SB Air Max Ishod - "Silver Bullet" shoe. This is an eye-catching iteration of his second signature pro model, inspired by one of Ishod's favourite running shoes, the Air Max 97 "Silver Bullet".
The Air Max '97 shoe was originally designed by Cristian Tresser, with its look appearance inspired by Japanese Bullet trains, with the Air Max silhouette featuring flowing lines, metallic panels, and hits of 3M reflective details, with a contrasting "Varsity Red" Swoosh.
All of these original design features are echoed in the new Air Max Ishod 'Silver Bullet" skateboard shoe, including Air Max technology in the sole unit. The durable cupsole construction offers plenty of impact protection and support, and the multi-layered construction offers good ventilation.
