After the success of his first two pro shoes, Nike SB and Nyjah Huston went back to the drawing board for the all new Nyjah 3, with the intention of rethinking the way his shoe delivers support, grip, and lightweight performance that stays true to his vision on and off the board. The silhouette is centred around the full-bootie socklike construction that holds to your foot but offers impact cushioning and stability in a responsive fit. Informed by Nike running heritage, and his personal performance needs, the Nyjah 3 functions as a reactive system for your foot with a beefed up heel and ankle area and slimmed down forefoot that allows pinpoint control and ample protection.
Previous Air Spiridon influences have been replaced, along with the use of the Free Technology used in his previous two pro shoes. This has been replaced by incorporating Air Zoom Technology and Lunarlon foam in the three piece vulcanized midsole and outsole. In terms of the shoes look, they've really taken a dive in to the back catalogue, with the new silhouette taking queues from the eyecatching Nike Zoom Air E-Cue and Nike Zvezdochka, with the heel unit from the Nike Air Presto. This gives the Nyjah 3 much more of a running shoe than a court shoe, and provides similar hold and feel. The shoe is then signed off with subtle branding, consisting of embroidered "NYJAH" pull tag labels on the tongue and heel cuffs, subtle Swoosh detailing on the side medials and an embossed Nike SB logo on the back of the heel.
