Nike SB continue to roll out their Rawdiculous collection across selected lifestyle and performance products, and now seen in the SB line featured on the Nike SB Nyjah Free 2 and the Nike SB Bruin React shoes. Both of which coming in a popping Summit White, Black and Bright Crimson with a classic Gum sole, a palette that has been designed to celebrate and represent the "global unity of sport". This is explained best by Nike VP of Central Colour Production Design, Martha Moore. She explains that "In creating this year's pallette we worked to consider colour holistically to best represent a moment in time".
Designers at the Swoosh looked at world events that put sport on hold, and in turn the spirit that flourishes upon it's return. So the Rawdiculous colour-way is based around the Summit White symbolising unity and a return to square one, as well as a perfect canvas to draw attention to the shoes technical components. These are highlighted with pops of Black branding, Bright Crimson and Neon Yellow that are seen on the heel tabs, insoles and Nike Free inner midsole cushion. Elsewhere the Nyjah Free 2 shoe also has a breathable mesh construction with rubber overlays, advanced ghillie loop lacing system, foam sockliner, 3/4 length inner sleeve and 2021 branded insole.
